Prices and payments

All the prices on the website are in EURO and include 25% Danish VAT.

The amount of your purchase will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched.

You can also make the payment by transfer to our account at Tønder Sparekasse, Reg.no 9828 Account no. 0000194271.
In order to keep the processing time short, please inform us of your payment by email.

Your payment will be deducted after we have shipped your order.

Processing and shipping
We'll ship your order the same day or the day after you place your order.
We use GLS, which delivers every day of the week. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.

1.1.2016: Due to substantial price increases on postage, goods can no longer be sent postage-free.

We thank you for your understanding.

If your shipment hasn't reached you within 7-14 days, please contact us. We
do not replace any lost items reported later than 14 days from the order date.

Right of cancellation
www.odinsklinge.eu grants 14 days right of cancellation from receipt of the purchased item.
The item must – by prior arrangement !! – be returned in the same condition and quantity as
received and must be properly packed. You are responsible for the return postage.

Please provide the invoice/order number for any returns.

Odin's blade provides 24 months of warranty.

Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us as soon as possible to make further arrangements.
For returns without prior agreement, we reserve the right to calculate a shipping fee equal to 10% of the value of the goods.
Transport damage must be notified to the distributor immediately upon delivery.
If a bracelet, ring or chain is sent to you in the ordered size/length and you want to exchange it for a different size/length more than one time, you must enclose a return envelope with sufficient postage.

Reservations
Allowances will be made in respect of sold-out goods, price changes and typographical errors.
